Send the download.
Returns PEAR_Error if:
- HTTP headers were already sent
- HTTP Range was invalid
Parameter

$autoSetContentDisposition = true- automatically sets the Content-Disposition to HTTP_DOWNLOAD_ATTACHMENT header if not already set
Return value
Returns TRUE on success, PEAR_Error on failure.
